Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit
Charges apply only if rider activated after owner age 50. Single: 0.95% (current and guaranteed) Joint Spousal: 1.10% (current and guaranteed) Guarantees based on the claims paying ability of the insurer. May not be approved in all states.
Transfers
No limit on number of transfers. First 15 transfers per policy year are free. Additional transfers may incur a $10 fee per transfer. Minimium transfer is $250. Must maintain Fixed Account Balance of $100 and Subaccount Balance of $250.
Guaranteed Death Benefit
If the owner dies prior to annuitization, the designated beneficiary is paid the greater of policy value or premiums paid less a proportional reduction for withdrawals. Guarantee is based on the claims-paying ability of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp.
Partial Withdrawals
No withdrawal charges. Minimum: $250 ($1,000 must remain in account). Withdrawals are irrevocable and are taxed as ordinary income. There is a 10% IRS penalty tax for withdrawals prior to age 59 1/2. Systematic withdrawals are available on request.
Annuitization
Annuitant's age 85 or five years after the issue date, whichever is later. Can be deferred to annuitant's age 95.
